On collection, I was greeted with " My husband says this is the cheapest strimmer there is...." (Amazon: a German model costing £82.99). I paid for the repair, £34.99 and on the receipt written on the bottom it boldly said *No guarantee on recent repair* Needless to say the strimmer since its repair does not feel right and is questionable? On a telephone call they just did not want to know. Customer service is clearly not their strongest suit !! I urge anyone to check out others, unless you enjoy being insulted with a measure of sharp practice. thrown in.
